Mediterranean Chicken Tacos That Beat Takeout

Ingredients

- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
To Serve
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- ½ cup tzatziki sauce or Greek yogurt
- Optional: Kalamata olives hummus
Instructions
Marinate Chicken
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken chunks and marinate 10-15 minutes.
Cook Chicken
- Heat a skillet over medium-high. Cook chicken 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F internal). Set aside.
Make Salsa
- Toss tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, feta, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Assemble Tacos
- Warm tortillas. Fill with chicken, salsa, and tzatziki. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
