- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs or almond flour for low-carb
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder optional
- ½ cup milk or chicken broth for extra moisture
- Optional topping: 2 tbsp melted butter mixed with 1 tsp minced garlic and a sprinkle of Parmesan
Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, olive oil, milk, and seasonings. Mix gently with your hands until just combined.
