Instructions
Marinate
: Whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper. Add chicken breasts, marinate 15-30 minutes.
Prep
: Preheat oven 400°F (200°C). Grease 9x13 baking dish.
Bake
: Arrange marinated chicken in dish. Scatter tomatoes around. Bake 20 minutes.
Cheese
: Top each breast with mozzarella slice. Bake 5-7 minutes until 165°F and cheese bubbles.
Serve:
Rest 5 minutes. Spoon pan juices over chicken, garnish with basil.
