Ingrédients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced – rotisserie, breast, or thighs
  • 4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat/gluten-free alternatives
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or cheddar, Gouda, or blend
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika optional
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Optional fillings: sautéed onions spinach, bell peppers, cream cheese, etc.
  • Optional sauces: ranch garlic aioli, salsa, or hot sauce

Instructions
 

Sauté the Garlic & Chicken

  • In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil or butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the cooked chicken, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Stir well and cook for 3–5 minutes until warmed through.

Prepare the Wraps

  • Lay each tortilla flat. Spoon a portion of the garlic chicken mixture down the center of each. Top with shredded cheese and any optional fillings or sauces of your choice.

Wrap & Cook

  • Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll it tightly. In a clean skillet or grill pan, cook each wrap seam-side down over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve & Enjoy

  • Slice in half and serve immediately with your favorite side dishes or dipping sauce.
