- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced – rotisserie, breast, or thighs
- 4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat/gluten-free alternatives
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or cheddar, Gouda, or blend
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika optional

Sauté the Garlic & Chicken
