  • 4 chicken legs (thighs and drumsticks attached)
  • Salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs 
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
 

  • Clean and pat dry the chicken pieces.
  • Season generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Coat the Chicken,Dredge each piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs for a crispy finish.
  • Heat vegetable oil and butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry the chicken pieces for 6–8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 75°C/165°F).
  • Drain excess oil on paper towels.
  • Plate the chicken with your chosen sides, garnish with herbs, and serve warm.
