300g10 oz steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank), sliced thin
250g9 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
1cupheavy cream
2tbspbutter

Instructions
Cook the tortellini: Boil in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
