  • 2 large chicken breasts sliced into cutlets
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Vegetable oil for frying

For the Sandwich

  • 4 French baguette sections split and lightly toasted
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken

  • Season the chicken cutlets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Bread the Chicken

  • Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip into beaten eggs, then coat evenly with panko breadcrumbs.

Cook Until Crispy

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken cutlets for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked. Transfer to a wire rack.

Prepare the Caesar Salad

  • In a bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until evenly coated.

Assemble the Sandwich

  • Place crispy chicken on the toasted baguette, top with dressed romaine lettuce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Serve

  • Close the sandwich and serve immediately while the chicken is hot and crispy.
