Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced
  • 2 medium zucchinis sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium‑high heat.
  • Add the chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Stir in the sliced zucchini and bell peppers.
  • Cook for another 4–5 minutes while stirring until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  • Drizzle lemon juice over the stir fry and mix well.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
