- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced
- 2 medium zucchinis sliced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley optional
Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium‑high heat.
