For the Chicken:
- 2 boneless chicken breasts or thighs, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili flakes adjust to taste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 5 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Optional: 1 tsp sriracha or chili paste for extra heat
For the Ramen:
- 2 packs of ramen noodles discard seasoning packets
- 2 soft-boiled eggs optional
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 tbsp chili oil for drizzling
- Fresh cilantro or sesame seeds for garnish optional
Prepare the Chicken:
In a bowl, mix sliced chicken with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
Sauté chicken in a pan over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
Simmer for 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened. Add sriracha or chili paste if using.
Assemble the Bowl:
In each bowl, place ramen noodles, pour over the creamy garlic sauce, and top with spicy chicken.
Garnish with soft-boiled eggs, green onions, chili oil, and your favorite toppings.
