- 1.5 lbs beef cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1.5 lbs potatoes diced
- 4 tablespoons garlic minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)
In a slow cooker, combine the beef, diced potatoes, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Melt the butter and pour it over the beef and potatoes.
