- 2 cups rolled oats.
- 1 cup mashed banana or 1/2 cup peanut butter.
- 1/2 cup protein powder.
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips optional.
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk if needed.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the mashed banana or peanut butter with honey, vanilla, and any other wet ingredients.
Stir in the oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
Add a little milk if the dough is too thick.
Fold in chocolate chips if using.
Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly into cookie shapes.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
