Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats.
  • 1 cup mashed banana or 1/2 cup peanut butter.
  • 1/2 cup protein powder.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips optional.
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk if needed.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix the mashed banana or peanut butter with honey, vanilla, and any other wet ingredients.
  • Stir in the oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
  • Add a little milk if the dough is too thick.
  • Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  • Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly into cookie shapes.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
