Homemade Caramel Iced Coffee Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee cooled or cold brew
  • 2 –3 tablespoons caramel syrup store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup milk or cream or non-dairy milk of choice
  • Ice cubes enough to fill glass
  • Optional:
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Extra caramel drizzle for topping

Instructions
 

Brew Your Coffee:

  • Start by brewing your favorite strong coffee or using prepared cold brew. Let it cool completely.

Prepare the Glass:

  • Fill a tall glass or mason jar with ice. Drizzle 1–2 tablespoons of caramel syrup around the inside of the glass.

Pour and Mix:

  • Add the cooled coffee over the ice. Then pour in milk or cream. Add vanilla extract if using. Stir well to combine.

Top and Serve:

  • Optional: Add whipped cream on top and drizzle extra caramel syrup. Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy!
