Honey Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Sweet, tender, and perfectly caramelized, these Honey Roasted Sweet Potatoes are the ultimate easy side dish. Coated with a delicious blend of honey, cinnamon, and olive oil, they're roasted until beautifully golden, making them a comforting addition to any meal.

Ingrédients
  

  • 4 cups sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cubed sweet potatoes, honey, olive oil, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Toss until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Spread the sweet potatoes out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sweet potatoes are tender and caramelized.
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
