  • Four peppers halved
  • One pound of ground beef.
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes.
  • Salt pepper, and Italian herbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Sauté ground beef in a skillet until it’s browned, then mix in tomatoes, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  • Fill each bell pepper with the meat filling and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Cook it for 20-25 min.
