Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Sauté ground beef in a skillet until it’s browned, then mix in tomatoes, salt, pepper, and herbs.
Fill each bell pepper with the meat filling and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Cook it for 20-25 min.
