Ingrédients
  

  • 500 g of ground beef or your choice of meat
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1-2 carrots diced
  • 1 cup of peas
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes 400g
  • 1 spoon of tomato paste
  • 1 cup of beef stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Optional Ingredients for Extra Flavor:

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme or rosemary
  • Fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large fryer and heating medium.
  • Add the onions and garlic, cooking until heating and fragrant.
  • Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned.
  • Add the carrots, peas, and bell pepper, stirring for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and beef stock.
  • Season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and other spices if using.
  • Simmer the mixture for 15 minutes, stirring periodically, until the sauce has thickened.
  • Dress with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
