A refreshing, creamy mint-flavored milkshake with a festive green color — the perfect treat for St. Patrick’s Day or whenever you crave something sweet and minty. Made with vanilla ice cream, milk, and a hint of mint extract, it’s quick, simple, and irresistibly delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • ½ teaspoon mint extract
  • 4 drops green food coloring
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • 1 maraschino cherry (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine 2 cups of vanilla ice cream and ¾ cup of whole milk.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add ½ teaspoon of mint extract and 4 drops of green food coloring.
  • Blend again until fully combined and evenly colored.
  • Taste and adjust mint extract if needed.
  • Pour the shake into two glasses.
  • Top with whipped cream.
  • Place a maraschino cherry on top of each shake.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
