A refreshing, creamy mint-flavored milkshake with a festive green color — the perfect treat for St. Patrick’s Day or whenever you crave something sweet and minty. Made with vanilla ice cream, milk, and a hint of mint extract, it’s quick, simple, and irresistibly delicious!

- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- ¾ cup whole milk
- ½ teaspoon mint extract
- 4 drops green food coloring
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- 1 maraschino cherry (for garnish)
In a blender, combine 2 cups of vanilla ice cream and ¾ cup of whole milk.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add ½ teaspoon of mint extract and 4 drops of green food coloring.
Blend again until fully combined and evenly colored.
Taste and adjust mint extract if needed.
Pour the shake into two glasses.
Top with whipped cream.
Place a maraschino cherry on top of each shake.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
