- ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese freshly grated preferred
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs or regular breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil plus more for brushing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: lemon wedges chopped parsley for garnish
