For the Pizza Base:

  • 1 prepared pizza dough or flatbread, or large wonton wrapper crust
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Crab Rangoon Topping:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat or real crab, chopped
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce optional
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Cheese Topping:

  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Optional Garnishes:

  • Sweet chili sauce for drizzling
  • Sriracha or crushed red pepper for heat
  • Extra green onions or sesame seeds

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.

Prepare Dough/Base:

  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into your desired shape. Transfer to a baking sheet or hot pizza stone. Brush lightly with olive oil.

Make the Crab Rangoon Mixture:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped crab, green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended.

Assemble the Pizza:

  • Spread the crab rangoon mixture evenly over the dough. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake the Pizza:

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

Add Garnishes & Serve:

  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and garnish with extra green onions or sesame seeds if desired. Slice and enjoy!
